Our Seismic Retrofit Experience:

In addition to our 30 years of successful construction experience, Xebec Construction also has become specialized in seismic retrofitting. We evaluate your property to see how many sides qualify as a soft story or need retrofitting and then create a cost effective and minimally invasive design that will bring your building up to complete compliance code.

Our designs are meant to strengthen your building, without any additional unnecessary designs or intrusive changes, meaning you save money and keep yourself and/or your tenants safe throughout our quick construction process.

One of our Principal Architects, Ardeshir Nozari (AIA, NCARB, CCM), has over 30 years of Architecture, Engineering, and Construction experience. In addition to his active practice as an Architect and General Contractor, he is also a Certified Construction Manager and has created and operated his Santa Monica-based Design-Build firm with great success all over California.

His invaluable experience and problem-solving skills through his work with his company, Xebec Construction, became so great in demand that Constructability Consultation was formed. Clients request consultations for his effective guidance, sharp attention to detail, and creative solutions for their construction plans, projects, and property evaluations.
