The 10,000 square foot two-story office building with a 36 stall cantilevered roof top parking is located in Los Angeles, California.  The structure consists of a combination of exposed poured in place concrete as well as reinforced concrete masonry walls with steel framing and steel decking on both levels.  The stainless steel parapet walls and the air conditioning enclosures complement the beauty of the exposed color concrete and masonry walls.  The entry sits in a two-story glass wall and is marked by a steel sculpture.
